The rules that govern your use of AdFraudX.

1. Agreement
By creating an account, installing our scripts, or using AdFraudX ("Services") you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Services
AdFraudX provides click tracking, fraud detection, and reporting tools. Features may evolve over time, but core functionality will not be materially degraded without notice. Documentation describes current capabilities and API usage.
3. Accounts & Security
- Provide accurate registration, billing, and contact information.
- Protect usernames, passwords, API keys, and webhooks.
- Notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized access.
- You are responsible for activities occurring under your account.
4. Client Obligations
- Use the Services only for lawful campaigns.
- Obtain consent from end users where required by law (e.g., cookies, tracking notices).
- Do not upload malicious code, abuse APIs, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.
- Maintain backups of exported data; the Services are not a permanent archive.
- Statistics Access: Statistics viewing is limited to ensure optimal server performance. Free accounts (10,000 clicks/month) can access the last 35 days of statistics. Accounts with purchased clicks can access the last 3 months of statistics. Older statistics beyond these limits are not accessible through the dashboard.
5. Fees & Refunds
- Click-Based Pricing: AdFraudX operates on a pay-as-you-go model. Clients purchase clicks in advance, which are added to their account balance. Purchased clicks have lifetime validity and never expire. Tiered volume pricing applies for larger purchases (up to 65% off at 10M+ clicks).
- Free Tier: All accounts receive 10,000 free clicks per month. When the free monthly limit is reached, clicks are automatically deducted from the purchased balance if available.
- Legacy Plans: Existing subscription plans remain active until their monthly limit is reached. After the plan limit is reached, clicks are deducted from purchased balance if available.
- Taxes, if applicable, are the Client's responsibility.
- Refunds: Click purchases can be refunded if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided no clicks from that purchase have been used. After 7 days or if clicks have been used, refunds are typically denied unless there is a documented service outage caused by AdFraudX; in that case we may issue a discretionary credit or refund.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of the Services.
6. Data Ownership & Use
Clients retain ownership of their campaigns, creatives, and customer relationships. AdFraudX may process Client data only to deliver the Services, improve detection accuracy, and compile anonymous or aggregated statistics that do not identify Clients or end users.
7. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information and use it solely for fulfilling these Terms. Confidential information excludes data that is public, independently developed, received from a third party without breach, or required to be disclosed by law.
8. Warranties & Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as-is" and "as-available." AdFraudX does not guarantee detection of every fraudulent click or warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation. Clients are responsible for interpreting detection results and choosing how to act on them.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdFraudX's aggregate liability for all claims arising from the Services is limited to the fees paid by the Client during the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to liability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Indemnification
Clients will defend, indemnify, and hold AdFraudX harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from their misuse of the Services, violation of laws, or infringement of third-party rights.
11. Suspension & Termination
- We may suspend access for security risks, policy violations, or non-payment.
- Either party may terminate with notice if the other materially breaches these Terms and fails to cure within 10 days.
- Upon termination we will disable access, but Clients may export remaining data for 10 days.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to AdFraudX's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in those courts unless applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Miscellaneous
- Assignments require prior written consent, except in mergers or asset transfers.
- Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (force majeure).
- These Terms, together with referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
